    No, none of the recipes contain any oil. Only fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds as the main ingredients.

  • q-iconAre these recipes 80/10/10 or Natural Hygiene "friendly"?

    Yes, most of the recipes are Natural Hygiene and 80/10/10 friendly. There are some instances however where some ingredients are used to give “excitement” such as onions, garlic or spices. I personally eat these foods from time to time. Some of these recipes helped me greatly in my transition from cooked to raw and should help you too. You can always opt-out of some ingredients if that’s your wish.
